UPHOLSTERY / CURTAIN & BLINDS AND FINISHING TOUCHES
Both large rear windows have been fitted with venetian blinds (£20 from Ikea for the 6' size). These are made of silver aluminum and can be cut to size. They are secured in place at the bottom in electrical conduit strips screwed to the window frame - to prevent movement and damage in transit.
The fixed bed / sofa is a 2' divan, sprung matress (£40 bought locally). Very comfortable too. For use as a double bed - the pull out section holds the rear backrest cushions in place to form a comfortable 6'2 '' x 4'6'' double bed.
